the room smelled bad at first, but the location was excellent! it was just two blocks from downtown. the breakfast included coffee and water at all times. staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was perfect, comfy and included climate control and cable channels. The folks where attentive.

Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and perfect, even with the AC running non-stop. The hotel had a marvelous location just steps away from the San Francisco Church. The staff were very nice, and the services were great.

We had a great stay at this place! The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main squares of the center and close to everything, including food places. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and attended to. Plus, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, with a nice interior design that enhanced the luxurious feel. We also appreciated the little touches, like bottled water and coffee provided in the lobby at all times. we were very impressed with this hotel's quality services and enhanced comfort.

The value we got for our money at Magno Tepatitlan was great, and the room itself was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and with a perfectly working AC. The location was ideal, right in the center of town, and the staff treated us with utmost kindness and professionalism.
